Why does it say buy now when I go to choose a template, surely these should be included with the registered program?

This is already an expensive program, to buy the templates you are selling would cost me another $99, effectively doubling the price of this software. Why not include an editor that enables users to create their own templates. I feel like I'm getting ripped off, or would do if i'd paid for the program
